2.1 Site Info #
This section captures the core identity of your site or business — who it represents, what it is called, and how it looks in search results. It is the most important section on this page.
1. Site Represents Type #
Choose whether your site represents an Organization or a Person. This single toggle changes which fields and sidebar sections are available throughout the entire plugin.
🏢 Organization | 👤 Person |
|---|---|
|
|
Organization Sub-Category #
When Organization is selected, a Sub Category dropdown appears. Choose the type that best describes your business. This maps to the most specific schema.org type available, which can improve rich result eligibility.
| Sub-Category Value | Best Used For |
|---|---|
| Organization | Generic businesses with no specific category |
| LocalBusiness | Any physical location serving local customers — unlocks Address, Telephone, Price Range, and Opening Hours |
| Store / OnlineStore | Retail shops, eCommerce sites |
| Restaurant | Cafes, restaurants, food trucks, dining venues |
| MedicalOrganization | Clinics, hospitals, healthcare providers |
| EducationalOrganization | Schools, universities, training centres |
| NGO / Non-profit | Charities and non-profit entities |
| Corporation | Large companies and enterprises |
💡 LocalBusiness unlocks more fields
Selecting LocalBusiness (or any sub-type such as Restaurant or Store) activates the Address, Telephone, Price Range, and Opening Hours fields — all of which feed directly into Google’s local rich results and Business Profile schema.

|---|---|---|
| Description | ○ Optional | No asterisk. Omitted from schema output if blank. Recommended for knowledge panel completeness. |
Opening Hours #

Format rules (from the plugin hint text):
- Times use 24-hour format — e.g. 3 PM is entered as 15:00
- Each day is a separate row — do not combine days in one entry
- For split shifts, add two separate rows for the same day. Example: Monday 10:00–13:00, then Monday 14:00–18:00
2.5 Help Center #
