Sub Organization allows you to list departments, divisions, branches, or subsidiary organisations that are part of your main entity. This data maps to the schema.org subOrganization property and helps search engines understand your organisational structure.

➕ Supports Multiple Entries — use the + Add New button
Each subsidiary or department is added as a separate card. Click + Add New below the existing card to add another. Each card generates an independent subOrganization entry in the schema output.
Fields per entry
| Field | Description & Example |
|---|---|
| Name | The display name of the sub-organisation, department, or division. Example: Acme Design Studio — Creative Division |
| URL | The website or page URL for the sub-organisation. Example: https://acmedesign.example.com |
| Field | Validation | Note |
|---|---|---|
| Name | ○ Optional | No asterisk. Entry is omitted from schema output if left blank. Recommended to fill if adding a sub-organisation entry. |
| URL | ○ Optional | No asterisk. Omitted from output if blank. Should be a valid https:// URL for best schema compliance. |
💡 When to use Sub Organization
Use this section if your organisation has multiple distinct departments or subsidiaries that each have their own online presence (website or landing page). For example: a media company with a separate news division, or a university with distinct faculty websites. Leave blank if your organisation operates as a single unified entity.
💾 Save Changes
